The Houston County Animal Clinic would like to share the story of JJ Pulley, an 11 year old Labrador. With all of the hard work from the doctors and staff, JJ shares a truly heartwarming story. JJ came to us the day after Thanksgiving with severe injuries from a dog fight. After 1 month of recovery, JJ lost his toes on his left rear leg and the right rear below his hock. The request was to not amputate if possible and Dr. Turney agreed to help fit JJ with a prosthetic. JJ was fitted with his prosthetic and is already going to the woods and back to riding in the truck with his owner, Eddie Pulley. Thank you to JJ and Mr. Pulley for allowing HCAC to share this wonderful story.
